But how does it feel? Well I do feel a little let down by the plasticy feel, I can’t hear any creaking but you feel like you should. It has both a flimsy plastic front and back. If you want a phone that feels a million dollars, the Galaxy S II isn’t for you.

Fans of the original Galaxy S fell in love with its fantastic screen technology and the S2 apparently hasn’t failed to improve the formula with its Super Amoled Plus screen. The colours are bold crisp and vibrant, the viewing angles are broad and the blacks suitably void-like.
I feel the need the need for speed
Well you have it with the Galaxy S2 the speed is up from 1GHz to 1.2GHz. Which blows the competition out of the water? It loaded the full BBC homepage in four seconds dead, completed the SunSpider test in three seconds, and most impressive of all, gained a score of 3,460 points in the Android-specific Quadrant test. To put that last test into context, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc scored 1,378 (one of the fastest Android smartphones we’ve tested), a full 2,182 points behind.
It couples the processor with a staggering 1GB of RAM, and nothing that we could throw at the Mali-400MP graphics chip caused it to come close to breaking sweat. Everything from Angry Birds to Reckless Racing Play was dispatched with a slippery smooth frame rate that makes this as good a phone for gaming as any on the market.
Let’s talk cameras I was bowled over by this
The 8-megapixel camera packs a considerable punch for the S2 and is a great improvement over the original Galaxy S 5-megapixel version. What we like is the way that Samsung has nailed down the features users actually want from their camera phone – a device that lets you take a photo and make it a decent one when you do.
Asking whether media is important to the Samsung Galaxy S2 is like asking rhubarb whether it’s into custard – the two are meant to be together.”

A fantastic smartphone from Samsung, with a fabulous screen, oodles of power and lots of speed with a brilliant camera to match and did I mention the long lasting battery you would be hard pushed to find a smartphone this good.
