The Samsung Jet has certainly received a lot of attention recently, not only has it been all over the media but it’s been talked about a lot too. So why the big fuss? It’s just a phone after all.

Samsung have come a long way recently when it comes to mobile phones, in particular smart camera phones. Those of you familiar with Samsungs TouchWiz technology will be all to aware how easy Samsung smart phones are to navigate, well on the Jet Samsung made it better!

They have also upgraded their web browser. This makes navigating the Internet much faster and easier than on their prior models. It also now has a one-touch zoom feature, for when small details are hard to see online. I am sure everyone has experienced this a time or two.

The exterior of the phone and the overall design is very attractive. It is slim in size and glossy, so it really catches the eye. Aesthetics can be important to many people, you should see my wife she’s a stunner :) . We all like things that look good it helps add to our own sense of appearance and how we like to be preserved by others.

The Jet comes with a built-in 5 mega pixel camera, that helps you capture some great pictures, right from your phone. The camera also has special features, such as blink detection, face detection, smile detection and panorama shot. You certainly will not have to worry about getting great quality images, which seems to be a trait of all Samsungs latest smart phones.

The battery life will also go beyond your expectations it has an 1100 mAh Li-Ion battery that provides up to 8 hours of talk time. Your stand-by time can be as long as 18 days – 18 days! You could get lost for a week take another week to get a signal and then still have 4 days to phone someone to pick you up, this leaves plenty of time to remember who you are and where you live.

An 800 megahertz processor means that it opens and runs the various applications quickly and easily. You can also access local WiFi networks, so you can browse the web when out of a coverage area or just to save on your usage costs. There are four different colours available, you can pick between black, chrome, white and Lilac.

Silver Sony Ericsson Satio

The Silver Sony Ericsson Satio has proved to be one of the best phones currently available and this latest is a sharp, sleek model encased in silver. This is one of the top smart phones with many functions and features that are not found in many other smart phones. It is truly an outstanding phone that has been destroying the competition.

The screen is 3.5 inches and is durable as it is TFT resistive, the screen can display over 12 trillion colours with a resolution of 640 x 360. No matter what type of image you are looking at the colour and clarity is excellent and true. The accelerometer will automatically change the view of the screen so you can use the phone both vertically and horizontally.

This is the best phone camera available from Sony Ericsson, located on the back of the phone it has a full 12.1 mega pixels. The lens is protected with a shutter and some of the features that can be found on the camera include Xenon flash, digital zoom, auto focus, dedicated camera key and more. The Sony Ericsson Satio Silver uses the Symbian series 60 operating system and this mobile phone benefits from an ARM Cortex A8 600 MHz processor. You can play 3D games, stream video and much more. The many different messages that you can send include IM, SMS, email and MMS.

The main screen has icons down the side though you can leave the phone in camera mode if you want to.
